If you need to register your Apple devices with your company's ID across all LATAM countries, don’t worry – we can help! This article explains the different options available.

Automatic Remote Registration (ABM)



In countries where the service is enabled, we can perform remote registration through Apple Business Manager (ABM) . This process is automatic and takes place at the time of purchase. To proceed, the company must provide us with their ID and Organization Name so we can register the devices.

Note : Before registration, the company must add us as a provider in their Apple portal.

Manual Registration with Apple Configurator



In countries where the remote service is not available, we offer manual registration via Apple Configurator . This process is simple but requires opening the device before delivery. For this type of registration, the company needs to create a user within their platform with the necessary basic credentials and permissions.
