Can I Delete a User?


If a user is no longer part of the company, you can disable them from the Users module. Follow these steps to do so:


  1. Log in to the Dash.bord platform.


  1. Go to the Users module.


  1. Access the profile of the user you wish to disable.


  1. Unassign all tools currently assigned to the user.


  1. Once all tools are unassigned, you can disable the user from their profile.


  1. Click the "Disable" button in the user information section.


Note : You can only disable a user if they have no tools assigned.
