Can I Edit a Logistics Service?

Yes, Logistics Services can be edited. This feature allows users to correct information about the origin or destination of the logistics service. Users can update address details, add instructions, or correct the phone number.

Note : The edit function does not allow you to change the entire location. If a complete location change is needed, the logistics service must be canceled and a new one created.

Step-by-Step Guide to Editing a Logistics Service

Access the Platform
- Log in to the platform with your user credentials.

Go to the Logistics Services Module
- From the main dashboard, select the "Logistics Services" module.

Select the Logistics Service
- Find and select the logistics service you wish to modify. Make sure the service is in "Pending Confirmation" or "Confirmed" status. Services marked as "In Process" only allow phone number edits.

Edit the Information
- Within the selected service, click the "Edit" button next to the location (origin or destination) you want to modify.
- A modal window with a form will open, and the fields may vary depending on the type of location (origin or destination).

Update the Information
- Complete the necessary fields in the form. Double-check the information to avoid errors.
- Save the changes and close the modal window.

Verify Changes
- Review the logistics service to ensure the edited information has been updated correctly.
