Holiday Schedule in LATAM

In LATAM, holidays vary by country, and our company will make every effort to keep operations running on most of these days. However, on the following dates, we will not have active operations across the entire region:

- January 1st
- May 1st
- December 25th
- 2 days during Holy Week or Tourism Week

While we strive to remain operational on local holidays, deliveries and other operations may experience delays due to the limited availability of logistics companies, suppliers, and local partners on these days.

The platform will notify users about these holidays, indicating if any operational delays are expected.
