How to Manage Multiple Legal Entities on Dash.bord

If your company has more than one legal entity, you can manage them all from the same user account on Dash.bord. Here’s how to add each entity’s information to the platform:

Go to User > Account > Go to Account > Billing .
Select the "+Add Country" option.
Choose the country where the legal entity is registered.
Fill in the legal entity's information.
Click Save .

That’s it! The legal entity has been successfully added.

When placing an order or requesting a logistics service, you’ll be able to choose the legal entity for billing at checkout. Keep in mind that depending on the billing country, the price may vary due to local taxes and other charges.
