How to Request a Diagnostic
On the Dash.bord platform, you can request a device diagnostic to address any technical service concerns. We offer both virtual and in-person diagnostics.
Virtual Diagnostic
For a virtual diagnostic, simply access the support chat on the platform and request the service. This method is ideal for quick technical consultations and remote problem assessments.
In-Person Diagnostic
For an in-person diagnostic, follow these steps:
Go to the device profile on Dash.bord and click the "Diagnostic" button (this will generate a Logistics Service order).
- Remember to include a brief description of the issue in the comments section.
Verify that the shipping details are correct and confirm.
When the status changes to "Delivered for Diagnostic" , it means the device has arrived at our technicians.
Once reviewed, you will receive the diagnostic and repair cost via email.
When the device is ready to be returned, you’ll receive a notification to request delivery to your specified location.
Important Notes: A wiping service is not considered a diagnostic. For warranty processes, please refer to the relevant section.
