How to Request Warranty on the Platform
All devices sold through our platform come with a warranty.
We recommend that the first step is to go directly to the brand’s website and apply there. This process is faster, as you can have video calls with brand technicians without needing to send in the device.
In 80% of cases, issues are resolved virtually. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, the technicians (depending on the brand) will offer at-home service, or if that’s not available, they’ll direct you to a service center where you can take the device.
If you prefer that we handle it, you can go to the tool’s profile in Nodi and click on the Warranty button. When requesting pick-up service, remember to specify in the comments where we should take it if you’ve already scheduled an appointment. (This option applies only to tools purchased through us with a Care Full subscription.)

If the tool was purchased through us with Care Full and you don’t want to handle it yourself, you can click on the Apply for Warranty button and request that we pick up the device to handle it for you. This process takes a bit longer since we need to collect and deliver the device. Estimated resolution times vary by brand. We recommend this option if the device has physical issues that cannot be resolved virtually.
If the device was not purchased through our platform or the warranty has expired, you will not be able to manage it through us.
