Steps to Request a Diagnostic and Repair
Go to Inventory on the platform.
Find and select the device that needs repair.
Click on the Diagnostic option to create a logistics service request.
Confirm that all information is correct.
Follow the steps provided and confirm.
Once completed, the device will enter the diagnostic and repair process.
Note : Include a brief description of the damage in the comments section to assist technicians in their initial evaluation. Some diagnostics may take longer depending on the complexity of the damage.
