What to Do if You Receive an Order with Defects or Damage



If you receive an order with a defect or damage, please report it immediately via the support chat on the platform.

If the damage is not a manufacturing issue, follow these steps to report it through the support chat:

Describe the defect or damage to the device.
Provide the order or logistics service number .
Specify the country of delivery .
Attach photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage.
Add any other relevant details .

Tip : If you notice the package arrived open or appears tampered with, take photos of the package condition before opening it to keep a record.
