Why Doesn’t a Purchased Tool Appear in My Inventory?
All purchases made through our store on Dash.bord and assigned to a user or location will appear in your inventory. This allows you to track the location of each tool and its assigned user.
If a purchased tool hasn’t appeared in the inventory, follow these steps:
Confirm the Purchase : Check your email to ensure you received a purchase confirmation.
Possible Reasons :
- The tool was purchased for warehouse storage and hasn’t yet arrived at its destination.
- The purchase is pending payment: make sure the finance team has completed the payment. If payment has been made, share the payment confirmation with our team.
If none of these reasons apply, please contact us through support chat and provide the following details:
- Company name
- Order number
- Serial number and model of the tool
Our support team will be happy to help resolve the issue and ensure the tool appears in your inventory.
